1. The 7-Day Pilot

By signing up, you agree to a 7-day trial of the GoalMate Productivity Assistant service. Your trial officially begins the morning following your 20-minute Kickoff Call to ensure all systems are synced to your specific objectives.

2. The $50 Operational Guarantee

We stand behind our service with a performance-based guarantee. You are eligible for a one-time payment of $50 USD if we fail to meet the following standards during your 7-day pilot:

• The 09:00 AM Rule: Your daily briefing must be in your inbox by 9:00 AM local time.

• The 60-Minute Standard: We must respond to your inquiries within 60 minutes during active service hours.

• The Sync Guarantee: We must provide a daily battle-plan and calendar sync as promised.

Exclusions: This guarantee is void if the failure is due to user error (e.g., providing an incorrect email address), third-party platform outages (e.g., Google or Stripe), or if the user has not completed the required 20-minute Kickoff Call.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

At the end of your 7-day pilot, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the pilot period to avoid future charges. If a guarantee claim is validated, we will cancel your subscription immediately and issue the $50 payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including the Procrastination Killer Journal and custom Focus Scripts, are for your personal use only. Redistribution or resale of these assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

GoalMate provides a productivity assistant service designed to help with task initiation. We do not guarantee specific professional or financial outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our service or the advice contained in our digital assets.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin.
